I remember growing up and spending the summers at Marie's house learning to cook, this is where I first feel in love with the kitchen and I was fortunate earlier this year that she taught me again how to make homemade biscuits from scratch. We had a lot of fun memories in the kitchen and some funny stories along the way. I remember we were making a cherry cheesecake one night for dinner, and I had just finished putting the cherries on it and was about to put in the refrigerator, and somehow I managed to dropped in and it went upside down on the table, I was so scared she was going to be mad at me, but she just smiled and said, accidents happen, we scooped it up and put it back in the dish and ate it for dinner later that night. It didn't look very pretty, but it still tasted good. We all got a laugh about it. This was just one on the stories, I could share hundreds of them.
